Description

The Four Column Hydraulic Press is a high-precision, heavy-duty forming equipment featuring a symmetrical four-column guide structure, high-pressure hydraulic drive system and integrated control unit. Adopting a rigid frame composed of upper beam, lower beam and four guide columns, it ensures uniform force distribution and minimal deformation during high-load operations, guaranteeing excellent processing accuracy. Equipped with an energy-saving hydraulic pump station, proportional pressure and flow control components, it realizes stepless adjustment of pressing force, stroke and speed. The machine supports manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic working modes (optional PLC and touch screen operation), with complete safety protection devices, suitable for various large-scale, high-precision forming processes of metal and non-metal materials.
